Travail à l’acide uniquement sur des métaux précieux (or , argent, platine…..) fusionnés entre deux feuilles de verre (épaisseur 20m/m).
La pièce ainsi sortie du four est polie pour obtenir des bords lisses et transparents.
Elle est de nouveau portée au four pour être thermoformée dans sa forme finale.
